This trail is designed to cover whole of
present Sikkim; geographically, physically, politically and
culturally, starting right from Uttarey: LIMBU Village and also
passing and viewing mountains of Sikkim, wild and cultural rich
places of Singalila range which lies in the extreme South-west of
Sikkim bordering with Nepal, Dzongri Area, Prek valley, Talung
valley, Dzongu Area, Kishongda. Zemu valley, Muguthang Plains,
Chopta valley, Thangu Valley, Lashar Area, Yumesamdong and ends at
Yumthang Valley touching base of Dongkya Range i.e. extreme
Northeast of Sikkim, involving only three original tribes of Sikkim
i.e. LEPCHA, BHUTIA and LIMBU since Coronation of First King of
Namgyal Dynasty in 1642 A.D. This trail covers in 30 days by
strenuous trekking through five passes namely Goechala-4,940 m,
Kishongla-4,785 m, Theula- 5,212 m, Lungnakla-5,035 m and
Sebula-5, 352 m.
