How to Book

All booking must be made atleast 45 days in advance with a down payment of 10% of the total cost by telegraphic bank transfer, favouring Tashila Tours & Travels, account no. 01050060410, STATE BANK OF INDIA, Bank Swift Code-SBININBB338, Gangtok-737101, Sikkim, INDIA. The transfer receipt must be email to us, so that we can check with our bank. The balance payment must be settled upon the arrival of the group/pax. For Bhutan tour, full amount has to be transferred as per the rules of Royal Bhutan Government (Detail information in Bhutan Tariff).

Cancellation Charges

If advise of cancellation is received by this Company, Tashila Tours & Travels from time of booking to 30 days prior to departure, a cancellation charge of $50 per person will apply.

30 days to 21 days prior to departing - 25% of land content

20 days to 11 days prior to departing - 50% of land content.

10 days prior to departure time - 100% of land content. 

Costing of Tour & Trek

All costs will be calculated in U.S. dollars based on accommodation, meals, transportation, train fare, airfare of domestic airlines and ground handling. Three types of operation categories i.e. Comfort Class, Standard Class and Deluxe Class based on categories of hotels on tour, class of airfare and difference of service on trek.

Not Included

The cost of gratuities to bell boys, drivers, guides and porters, international and domestic airport taxes where applicable, laundry, telephone, coffee and other beverages, any other items of purely personal nature and any other items specified on the itinerary as 'optional'.

Hotels

The accommodation on hotels, lodges and tents are based on twin share on tthree categories i.e. Comfort, Standard and Deluxe. A person occupying a single room by choice or circumstances will be required to pay the Single Supplement as limited number of single rooms are available.

Meals

All the meals are included as specified in the itinerary. Where no meals are mentioned these are to be counted as extra and at the passenger's own expense.

Tour Manager/Hosts

All tours and treks undertaken by foreign guests are guided and escorted. A Tour manager will escort domestic group tours of above 12 persons.

Liability

Tashila Tours & Travels, hereby give notice that it acts as an agent for hotels, transport companies, land operators and supplier of travel service and assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever in connection with the operation or service of any aircraft, motor vehicle, other conveyance, inn, lodges or hotels. Tashila Tours, its operators, airline and agents will not be responsible for any act, error or omission nor for any injury, loss, accidents, delay, inconvenience, irregularity or damage which may be occasioned by any cost whatsoever including act of nature, civil disturbance or government restriction or failure of any means of convenience to adhere to public schedule. Tashila Tours reserve the right to decline to accept any person as a member of any trip at any time and in such cases any refund will be based on the actual cost of the unfinished portion of the tour or trip.
